    My father went through rehabilitation at this facility, his views were that the care at night is slipshod. He was forced to sit in a chair for over two hours without anyone attending to him when he signaled them via his call button that he needed to get out of the chair. When finally he had given up waiting he got into a wheel chair and wheeled down the hall to the nurses station. There was 1 nurse and 1 cna for 50 rooms. He talked to the nurse and the cna came along and said she'd be down in a minute and then disappeared. He went back to the room and straightened up to wait for her and after waiting 30 minutes went back out into the hall and found her and asked her to come. She said she would come take care of him and then disappeared. He waited another 15 minutes then went back to the nurse who tracked her down and asked her to come take care of him. finally after 3 hours my dad was able to move from the chair to the bed. This is what is was like at night. During the day it was busy and there were a lot of people in and out of the room taking care of my fathers needs. During the day people took him to various therapies and challenged him to get up and move. In weeks he went from not being able to move out of bed, to sitting in a chair, to moving in a wheelchair and being able to stand up on his own. He kept a positive attitude and the people around him were positive so thus the extra two stars.
