    i spent 2 weeks in what i refer to as purgatory after being released from the hospital on an IV anti-biotic considered too much to handle from home. My experience here would make it virtually impossible to ever admit a family member to a home. I had specific wound care instructions they were not following when i arrived and when i pressed them the response was a broken english " it's the protocol". i was left on a portable toilet for several hours on 3 separate occasions and was shocked by the poor bedside manner of the general staff. There is a deal breaking language barrier with the actual care givers, if the farthest thing from a racist and i understand how challenging it can be to come to a country and try to learn the language, that being said, life and death medical treatment is one of the areas you need to make sure you understand them and that they understand you. Do your selves a favor and save some misery, if you or a loved one are in need of this kind of care, look elsewhere.

    used to work there. management is horrible and favorite lazy workers. patients get neglected, roaches in run down building, nurses will ignore and force feed medicine and if you speak up you get pushed out the door. run run. do not work here.
