    Went in and filled out an application for house keeping (very qualified ) filled it out in the facility's dining room even spoke with some of the workers there. Called the next day to check on the status of my application and the lady told me I never went in , they don't have any application of mine , they don't even know who I am. She was very rude! I'm guessing the job went to the "Samantha" girl who she thought I was. They're very unprofessional And discriminate on people who don't speak Spanish !

    We've been here for a week. And my family and I and even the patient hate it here. The staff just talks in the hallway. Staff is very late too even when they're right out the door chatting about dinner or something. It's upsetting. I hate the staff and the place itself.

    I just happen to call to leave a message for one of the employees, and let me start off by saying the woman who answerd the phone was so rude! She told me she was going to leave that person the message but to NEVER call again trying to leave a message and hung up on me. Really thought this place was nice and friendly. Apparently not all people that work there. And I don't know her name or else I'd make sure to put it on here so her boss knows who she is and we won't have this problem again in the future with ANYONE. All in all very rude person and she should be replaced with someone who shows wants to be there and willing to help you out and feeling welcomed.
