    My father was here for a year and a half before he passed away. The staff was attentive and kindly towards him. He was very comfortable in this facility, in his vulnerable state-a great relief for us, his family!! We were very lucky to get him here.

    This place is a joke. Everything you ask them, they do the exact opposite. Even when you ask them several times. My grandpa is here and he's gotten pneumonia three times now. The hospital asked that he have oxygen 24/7. Every single night, we have to remind them. Or check because they'll have the oxygen on him but the tank is empty. He's on a blood thinner but they still toss him around. He likes to stay up until 9:30 or 10. But. They put him to bed at 6:30. We've had several meetings with them and nothing changes. They don't clean but once a day. So vomit and feces stay around all day. They don't change the residents like they should. It should be every 2 hours and they don't. They even went as far as telling my grandpa who he could and could not socialize with. Do not bring your family here.

    Was looking to join a top-tier rehab facility and was recommended to Life Care's Western Hills Health Care Center by a friend. After meeting with the Regional Vice President and the local staff, I was excited to give it a try. I have been pleasantly surprised at every turn. The people at Western Hills are genuine and kind. The most amazing part of the care is the formalized daily rounds which are conducted by top management and direct care givers. This makes the team well informed of patient needs and connects the care at all levels. With the recent room renovations and quality care, this place is definitely worth a try.
