    My Mom was there for 29 days. As a family, we were very pleased with our overall experience of the facility and the staff. We felt in partnership with Avantara for all my Mom's medical, physical and emotional needs. We express our gratitude to all the staff for their caring and concern for not only our Mom but our whole family, especially during the hospice days.

    My mom spent her last four months at Aventerra. Most of the staff is warm and friendly and do the very best they can with how short staffed many facilities are. Some of the CNAs do need to be monitored. So it is important to stay on top of your family members care. The food is definitely not the best but they do the best they can with special needs diets. . As with any facility the more involved you are with your family Members care the more the staff knows to stay on top of it. Overall they did a good job and made my moms last few months good. Being a Medicare facility it was a good experience overall.

    This place is now Avantara and please do not send your loved one here. They have only been opened four years and have been through multiple management and staff changes. I have done 3 wellness checks for my dad with Parker Police. I have had to call the ambulance 3 times because of how sick he was. They are short staffed and do not care for your loved ones. My dad is sitting in ICU right now because of MRSA. When he was in the ER the nurse was very concerned how uncleansed he was in his private areas and made sure the case manager was informed. I could write more but I am sure this is enough. Horrible Place!!!

    My mother spent her last 7 months at Crown Crest. The staff is very caring and did a great job to support her during last few months. I know they struggle with staffing but they do their best to take care of their residents.
