    I do not trust this facility, and I will not let another loved one come back here. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. My grandmother was in this facility recently. Her doctor told us that she only needed to be here 2 to 3 weeks. The facility tried to make her stay longer against her doctors orders. They also messed with her cardiac medication without contacting her cardiologist. When my mom questioned them, they told my mom that she wasn't a "caregiver" and she shouldn't question them. (she has taken care of both her parents for years). They, Sue the manager there, was extremely rude. We have taken her out now. They didn't get her oxygen ordered like they should have, even though they had more than advanced notice. We were able to get that done with her doctor on our own.

    I chose this facility for a loved one and the care and thoughtfulness she received was atrocious. Her call light would go unanswered for 45 minutes. They called her names and were rude to family members. After 4 days in this facility I ordered them to take my loved one to the hospital because I suspected pneumonia. Upon arrival at the hospital she was diagnosed with double pneumonia and her kidneys where not functioning. Under no circumstance would I recommend this facility to anyone.
