My uncle lives here n they attend to him real good. Everytime I visit he's up n well. Don't have any complain. They take good care of him. Everyone is respectful. Never had any problems. May God bless them all.

When I worked there as a Social Worker, I loved working for the residents and advocating for them. As far as everything else. Ill keep to the old adage of if you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything at all.

You do not want your family member here if they cannot advocate for themselves. You are strongly advised to be vigilant of your loved one if they reside or are going to reside in this nursing home. If you can take them elsewhere please do. Do not give this place your business. Do not allow Medicare or Medicaid dollars go to waste by further deteriorating your loved one's health and reducing their vitality to none. Most of the CNA'S are overworked and frustrated with their workload which in turn affects their bedside manner towards patients. Most of them do not care that residents have diligent family members who visit. They have disrespected my loved one and I without a care to the repercussions of their actions. I don't even think repercussions exist for matters concerning negligence in this place. Even the administrator showed lack of empathy to a concern regarding my loved one. Disregarding our legitimate concerns by being abrupt and dismissive, rude and condescending. They also overlooked doctor's orders one too many times. Don't stop at this place and continue your search for skilled nursing facility. This is not the one.

My family member arrived mid afternoon on a Tuesday. Wednesday evening I traveled 45 minutes to visit and he didn't even have a cup or a pitcher of water in his room. Unable to move, I am sure that there is going to be a serious problem. I am looking to move him to have his last days in a human fashion.. Shame on them.

I have had belongings disappear from my room here. I am disgusted and do not feel safe where my belongings are stolen.

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
No actual harm with potential for minimal harm A B C
