    My Mother has been a resident since July 2015. I was concerned about her transition to a health care facility when I first realized she needed more care than having caregivers visit her at home. That concern went quickly to a positive realization because of Wilton Meadows. From the first time I met the staff and saw the facility I felt more comfortable about Mom living there. My respect for the facility has been very positive and continues because of so many things. The activities have been such a wonderful experience for my Mom. The games, artwork and caring activities people are above and beyond caring and helpful. The nurses and caregivers are very attentive too. The dining facilities, the food and the servers are always a positive experience for her. Mom was first in the rehabilitation area and had great care there. I knew that she could transfer into the permanent living area and have continued support and caring people to help her. Whenever I need to talk with someone I can reach them fairly quickly. They are always helpful and truly listen.

    My grandmother was living with my aunt and uncle in Boston for most of her twilight years. She soon started showing signs of dementia and we felt it would be best to send her to a place that would give her round the clock care and treat her with dignity. Wilton Meadows Health Care Center did just that and made us feel at ease. Every time we visited she was all smiles.

    Welcoming and supporting staff, administrator who promises to make patients' transition as smooth as posible through medical, nursing, physical, and imotional support. Appealing food, nice size rooms, one on one music therapy, special programs for Alzheimer and dementia patients.
