    Fantastic nursing home. Staff treats my dad very well. He loves the staff as much as they do him. Very clean nursing home. Big large rooms for residences to share. They stay on top of their residence care. My father has been taken great care of since he been here. I have no complaints.I recommend this home to anyone who is looking for great quality nursing home care for their loved ones. Very safe and clean.

    The best decision i made was having my mom moved!!!!!! My moms last 2 days she spent in another nursing home b4 she passed.... If i posted pics of my moms body at the time she passed yall would rethink your decision on this nursing home we have contacted an attorney.... This place needs to be shut down completely my mom was paralyzed they weren't properly rolling her over and her tailbone was horrible. There are unexplained marks on her body a few months prior her wrist was broke ok absolutely the worst nursing home anyone should have to suffer in thats just What my mom did for 2 1/2 yrs. Not to mention the employees steal

    Absolutely the best decision I ever made was to move my mother to this facility. Prior to coming to Bonifay Nursing and Rehab, my mother was in an excellent, top-rated facility in Pensacola. They seemed to be taking great care of her, but she was basically an invalid. Each time I visited, she was in her bed and mainly slept. NOT at Bonifay!! My mother immediately began to show signs of progression, not only in her mental health but in her physical health as well after entering their center. After about a month at Bonifay, I walked in one day to find her sitting in the hall, looking better than I had seen her look in over two years. It was like we had her back again! Her mental health is strong, her outlook bright, and she no longer just lies in bed. They get her up each and every day, and she is out and about with their other patients, living life to the fullest. I cannot say enough about this wonderful facility that gave my mother back to us again! FIVE STARS all the way around. They truly care about patients and families at this facility!

    My mom was here for a short time.and they where under staffed.they let her stay in a dirty adult panties for most of the day.till I found out.
