    My mother is in this facility and I am shocked to see the bad reviews. My mom gets very good care here, and I have no problems at all, and I appreciate all that the staff does. My mom is in the memory unit which is very difficult and she is always clean and happy. The staff all tell me that she is their "favorite" which just melts my heart.

    This place is horrible, my family member was placed at Braden River Rehab after a month in a hospital. It was filthy, caked on gunk on the bedside tray table, like disgusting something that had dried on the frame of it, causing pitting rust when it was "cleaned" it was tough and rusty, not in any way safe to place across your loved ones legs to eat.. Speaking of food, her lunch was served on a plate with a very large chip out of it, I told a nurse that had come in to discuss plan of care and she acted like it was no big deal.. Where was the chip? Was it in her food or another patients food? Not to mention the chipped area was sharp, dangerous for a confused elderly person to have access to..

    Just doesn't meet my level of care. Nurses and CNA's do not answer call button. When they do answer call button it is with attitude. Like I am disturbing them. Medications are not given around the clock. If you are sleeping, they do not wake you up. When you wake you up and you ask for your medication, they lie and tell you that you already had that particular medication. I just asked for a pillow case and they responded to me that they don't have a pillow case. This is a many bed facility and they don't have a pillow case??? Inexcusable. Another CNA with a conscience walk all the way down the hall and got me my pillow case.

    Horrible place. If you have a loved one there please go visit and check up my grandmother was there for a week and we took her out they don't care at all about the patients. I went several times to visit the patients were all wet walking around. The restroom flooded the entire room. The lady next to my grandma had the same clothes the entire time my grandma was there. All they do is drug there patients up so they don't have to deal with them. Crappy place I pray my God lay his hands and watch over every person in there.

    The state should close this place down. I worked there and can tell you it is a dump. Nursing responsibilities are so overwhelming those residents are neglected and not getting the care they need. SO SAD. It doesn't even deserve 1 star.
