    My grandfather came into the facility and contracted an intestinal virus called C-Def. It can be deadly and is highly contagious. The entire time, he had a room mate when he should have been in isolation. They told us they got it cleared up and discharged him to us. The constant diarrhea that he continued to have was supposed to be due to his good bacteria in his stomach being removed from the antibiotics. They told us some yogurt would clear that up. Last night (10 days later!) he was admitted into the hospital with severe kidney failure. They are not sure if he will recover and the cause was this C-Def that they never really got rid of. According to Drs at Bay Medical, he should have been hospitalized at the time they discovered the infection and they should not have discharged him. The antibiotics they gave him, is not even the type that clears it up. I spoke with the director of this facility and all he can say is he had no control over this and he runs this facility and knows nothing about this common infection because he is not a doctor. Do your loved ones a favor and do not send them here!

    I worked in this facility with a contract company for 4 months. This is one of the best facilities I have worked in. The people working for Consulate in this building really care and work hard to do the right thing. I would choose this facility for my loved ones.
