    I would actually give them a -15 star. Had a family member in here for about a week and a half and not once did they take sure he had a cup of ice water to keep him hydrated and they always gave us problems about keeping him bathed every couple days. Found him sittin up in w\c with no socks or shoes on and ft were blue in color aid was rough my family member commented.

    We moved my mother-in-law here from Georgia a little over two weeks ago. We have been amazed at her improvement in such a short time. She receives great care from the staff...the nurses, CNA's, therapy, activities, housekeeping, etc. the office staff have been very helpful...especially the admissions office. We have come to know the staff by name. We are very pleased, and would highly recommend this facility.

    Take your loved one somewhere else. Horrified by the staff saying "We didn't know he wasn't eating." That speaks for itself.

    The quality of care has declined tremendously over the past year. Call lights go unanswered, residents are left in wet clothes or beds for extended periods of time and some of the nurses feel they are above doing the duties of a CNA. The food is fair, it is delivered to the floor hot but by the time the residents are fed it's cold. The facility is clean, most of the staff are friendly and helpful.
