    I chose Coastal because of what i had heard about their physical therapy program durring my stay in the hospital following hip surgery. The rumors are true! The staff is committed to progressive rehab program tailored to your needs. The rest of the facility and staff are caring and very good at what they do. This is NOT a 5 star weekend retreat. Have a little patience and you will enjoy your stay.

    The entire staff was caring, friendly and supportive. I was there for about 2 years. I think any negative reviews are from a misunderstanding of some kind. I appreciate everyone from CNAs to Admin and in between that have hard jobs, but helped me get back on my own in the community. My sincere thanks to you all. You gave me back my Life!

    Clean facility and the staff truly care. Always let me know how my brother is doing, and really happy with his new doctor. Visited him last week and they were taking residents swimming at a local pool! Very satisfied with them in the 2+ years that he has been there.

    Absolutely an awful place! I was forced to go to rehab after a hospital stay. This place was picked out for me by the hospital. PT is only an hour a day, usually by autonomous pt staff with just 2 years education, so they are actually pt assistance (a PT has their doctorate.) The food is horrible, and was always cold. A lot of the staff just don't care ( though there are some truly amazing nurses and nurse assidtants.) The so called social worker falls short in the job she should be doing, and is anything but friendly and truthful. I saw my assigned doctor ONCE, and that was 2 days before I left. Please do not send your loved ones here.

    My mother recently had a short stay for rehab at this facility and is doing very well at home now. The staff and management were very caring and even called to check on her after she went home. The therapists were wonderful, and she is going to still go back for outpatient therapy to continue to get stronger. She and I give 5 stars to this facility and staff! I would recommend Coastal to anyone looking for great care and a family like environment.
