Company never pays any of their bills including staff bonuses. They make false promises. I was laid off due to eliminating my position after being there for 3 years.. I kept the building full. I am on dialysis and still did my job 100%.. I agree with the other person in the building is falling apart. Needs remodel. I also agree that they keep the bad employees and get rid of good ones. I had six managers in three years. They have no clue who does what. Some people just get away with doing nothing.

The facility is dated and run down and the nursing staff is hit or miss on getting quick attention. However, when my father was on hospice, the nursing staff relocated the roommate to another room and the staff was very attentive to both my father's needs and mine as I sat bedside for 3 days.

Is also known as Manor on the Ghetto by many who work there. There are some staff with good hearts and a bunch that are out of control, reckless, and borderline crazy. The patient care follows suit of the employees from good to horrid........ you know who you are on both sides of that statement) yes they pass their surveys but just look at this dump 1930 pipes hitting you in the head as you walk the dead man walking mile.......As well the fire good caring people and keep the crap. If you have a family member here be sure to show up unannounced at different times... This helps keep staff on their toes. Healthgrades and state surveyors were on crack when they were ching out the gheto.....

Fines, Complaints, and Inspection Problems in the Past 3 Years

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
No actual harm with potential for minimal harm A B C
Seaside Health And Rehabilitation Center has not received any fines, complaints, or inspection problems in the last 3 years.
