    My husband was recently in this facility under hospis care for 5 days. This is by far the worst facility He has been in. If a patient needs any kind of assistance this is not the place to put your loved one. They do not check the patient to see if he needs care. You wait over 30 minutes minium to be changed. Another 30 to 45 min to be put back in bed after meals. He was discharged home 0805 soken wet and had a bowel movement. I complaned to the DON but that did not help. He was supposed to get a shower at least every other day but until I complained on the 4th day he was there he was not bathed or showered. He was total bed bound but with assistance he was placed in a wheel chair but had to wheel himself to the dining room or not eat. Not the place for your loved ones.
