    my mother was given and overdose of meds many times..narcatics not prescribed by a doctor...she broke both hips within two months..both steel..them coded shortly after..the director was informed but did not care or even check on the situation!! My mother died as a result...the doctor also misdiagnosed ,but that seemed ok with everyone also...my mom was told to pea all over herself..that's called memory care!... I did call this number to make this report...they ignored hearing anything from me...I now have a report for the Dept of health and adult protective as my mom is DEAD
