    My family and I love this place. My mom has been in the facility for 2 1/2 years and we are very pleased with the staff and the cleanliness of the place. The key is to engage with the staff members. The are amazing at their job. I wouldn't have the patients to do what they do. Great staff to get to know when you are visiting your love ones.

    Seen lot of neglect, Communication is a problem, people go to hospital everyday. Nursing staff make lot of medication mistakes. Be very careful with loved ones.

    I have my 93 year old mother at this facility for over a year now, this is now the fourth Nursing Home my mother has been in and by far this is one of the best in this area. Is not perfect but they do try to do a good job here. I have found that family involvement is the key, make sure you visit often, and get to know the personal and encourage them since it takes special people to do this kind of work. I also like how clean it looks and most of the time smells clean. The fact that they do not have carpet on the floor makes a big different.

    Don't trust them! They almost killed my father and he experience sever neglect. He's now in the hospital because of their neglect. Worst place ever! 3 other residence right after my father was carried away to the hospital too, what all four patient have in common "dementia" they all fell and then placed in bed to sleep not knowing if they hit their head, that's right" put your patient to bed after a possible head in jury from a fall. Other patient was non responsive for 2 dats after a fall, son comes to visit to find his mother in this condition. Its endless what they did to my father, they are rude mean and down right recentful. Dad never had his nurse light next to him, allways on the floor. I would show up at all differant times. Don't trust them. I'm filling a complaint with the state and calling an attorney. I filed 3 grievances in 5 days. They killed John, my father's room mate. Wanna know more, ask me

    They take excellent care of our loved one. We are proud of the dedicated service that is provided daily at Winkler's. It's clean and the staff has a heart for providing great care and my family and loved one is happy.
