    A friend was admitted to HCHC and I found the facility clean friendly and very professional. The PT staff excellent and the care very efficient and caring. Nice Activity Program and residents encouraged to attent events.

    I am glad I decided to move my husband here. It is run very nice. It is very good to have the same cna, for they get to know my husband. I can tell when an agency cna is there because I feel they are not briefed on the patient. I see a difference when I visit. All in all, it is a very nice place to be. My husband loves to go in the court yard and get sun. The activities are good & they have entertainment of different types. Food is great! Staff is great!

    This facility has been a dear blessing for me and my husband. I have not encountered another staff with more compassion and kindness. It is an older building, but it is always very well maintained and clean. I wish I had come to it much sooner.

    I had to select one star in order to submit a review. Otherwise, I'd have not given a star. I just called the facility to inquire about services. The woman whom answered the phone hung up on me after I asked if Haines City Healthcare was a skilled nursing facility. She said yes and when I asked if there was anyone in human resources or a Director of nurses, she yelled "No"! and hung up. I looked at my phone to see if I had lost signal. I hadn't so I immediately called the facility back. She picked up the phone and hung it up immediately before I could say anything. I am calling from Missouri. What a nice way to make an impression. Whomever it is answering this facilities phines, I suggest a course in customer service and code of ethics. Just WOW.
