    Do not know what those two posters are talking about. Staff is extremely nice and attentive. They always have a kind word when talking to my husband. The place is not fancy but clean. Had a lunch tray twice on moments notice and it was good food. We have no complaints at all.

    This place is scandalous! It's set up like they are waiting for their patients to die. It's disheartening to see your loved ones in here because all this place brings is hopelessness and discomfort to all who stay here. This place causes the people to be so gloomful and discouraged that they just don't want to keep going. They then have the audacity to report to the police after a 2 min conversation with a psychologist over an iPad that so and so is depressed. Well try having a better atmosphere for them to enjoy. Try building their sports up instead of tearing them down. Try being encouraging instead of discouraging. Be there with your patients every step of the way with a positive attitude and the will to help instead of the hindrance you give. All and all this place is a disgrace.

    Just got transferred over from CMH after 12 days and was told they would meet my dietary needs and had TV's. No TV working service provider already for over a week!! I was told the corporate office is working out a contract. I'm ready to ck myself out! Shame on misrepresenting services. Not impressed so far! Yep...checked myself out within 3 hrs! It was not just the TV situation, it was the intake process of a new patient was almost void, the food menu offered was not within my strict needs, infact quite unhealthy, and I would be sitting there not getting any rehab work for 3 days...until Monday. I can do this at home! Room was large & facility grounds were pretty. Asking questions and getting "I dont know" makes me question the qualifications of the staff. There were so many patients that needed way more help but were laying in beds screaming and crying.
