    Physical therapist Phil was amazing with my mom although they weren't confident of her getting a prosthetic and walking again. Some CNA there are rough when having to care for and clean the elderly patients. Speaking to the director changed nothing. No bedside manor and their oath "to do no harm" goes out the window. Kelly at social services was very helpful while my mom was there. But following up with her per the condition my mom was discharged in, a UTI, blisters on her body from wiping her rough, and forgetting her pain and hypertension prescriptions was said as she doesn't know what I want her to do. I was pissed off and very disappointed. They "misplaced" majority of my mom dresses too. And falsifies records to keep all what they don't do covered up. Fraud. Medicare needs to investigate this facility. They prefer the elderly in depression by some of the staff commenting on how their families have abandoned them. If you can't be there everyday with your loved one...please don't send them here.

    I went to clinical's here and had a great experience. Everyone was so nice, and very caring, that I worked with and really went above and beyond in caring for the patients. It's clean and always smells good. I wish I would of had my mom here for rehab instead of where she was. Thank you for making my experience a great one.

    They are just bunch of liaers got together and open up the horrible house. nurses are so rude and management is worse. First day We waited in the room for 8 hours to anyone comes to see us. Than Problem after problem.... Look like that no one knows what to do and they really don't care.

    This facility abuses their residents. They leave them to lie in urine soaked sheets as a punishment for not being able to get up on their own. They leave residents on the toilet for an hour or more alone knowing they are a fall risk. They decide what physical punishment will be given and leave marks and bruises. They also threaten residents if they call the police they will have to leave with the police. They think of their residents' families are a joke and that they can do whatever they like to your family. If you love your family members please do not subject them to this facility! Not even the devil himself should be treated this way!
