    A hard transitory period for every family, the staff here went over and beyond to understand the needs of both my father, and my family. It is a team effort and through the social work, rehab, administrative, activities, dining room, and nursing we have been blessed. You must come every day and care for your loved one, and keep the communication fluid between your family and the staff at the rehab. Get to know them, and get to know the residents... you will leave with stories and laughs every time! The beautiful meditation garden has bamboo, and herbs, flowers... Thank you for this place.

    I wish I could've given it a 0 star rating. If you want your loved one to be cared for and not be neglected, go to anywhere else. This place sucks and the staff never responds. It's not clean. And you have to share a room with either 1 or 2 other people

    My mother cannot walk and is in a wheelchair. She needed to move to another room as a renovation was taking place. I'm in Chicago and could not help. My sister was going to help my mom when she got off work. CNA Piedad Franco saw my mom was worried and told her not to worry. She packed up my mom in between her duties. Ms. Franco went above and beyond. My family and I are grateful my mom is being taken care of by caring and generous staff.

    If you want to kill someone, send them here. The worst care ever. His first day there, without caregiver intervention, my husband possibly would be dead. Staff is negligent and lazy, although pleasant when spoken to by a caregiver. I found him lethargic with a high fever during the first day of admission and they did nothing, ignored the situation! I called an ambulance, he went to Hospital ER, then admitted to ICU. Was septic. Staff completely didn't see the dire situation. Scary. And it's a depressing environment too. Good luck if you end up here, you'll need it.
