    I appreciate the admissions team at the Terrace of Kissimmee. I requested a private room for my mother but the private rooms were full. Carol promised me the next available private room. I was skeptical at first. But she came through and my mom had a private room with in 72 hours of her arrival. It's nice to see follow through and integrity in the work place.
