    My husband was at Baya Pointe for rehab, we were very pleased with his progress. The staff was pleasant and responded to all my husband's needs. We found the place to be very neat and clean.

    My med are always late. Seriously late.. ive had to go to desk and get my meds. Up to 2 he's late. The call light seems like it's an option for them to come or not . DON'T COME HERE.. oh and they haven't had one of my meds for 3 days. And just keep giving excused.

    The whole place is a joke and should be shut down. I called and asked to talk to a manager about something very important and the employee named Soraya just laughed like I wasn't being serious then told me there are no managers.

    My Dad was there, lost 2 outfits, nurses do NOT answer call button and it took 4.5 hours to call rescue when Dad started having chest pain, he was admitted to ICU at the hospital!!! DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONE THERE!!!! Plus I sent an email to the company that owns this place and have gotten no response, a "Received your email will be conducting an investigation and will contact you" would have been nice, but nothing, I guess the company that owns this place is the reason this place is ran like it is!

    My grandmother is here right now, and she was missing over $75 worth of brand new outfits that had her name written in all of them. There was a box of clothes that just disappeared. I don't know what the deal is with this place, but I have asked EVERYONE where her new clothes are and nobody can find them. You need to find whoever is OBVIOUSLY stealing clothes from the facility's patients, considering there is another comment about the same thing from just a month ago. Ridiculous and unacceptable! Do better for your patients. They deserve better!!!
