    My Aunt was transferred here from Jackson Memorial today on September 20th 2017, The first day my family & I had a very bad experience at this facility. The nurses are very very unprofessional, have bad attitudes. Made my aunt feel very uncomfortable & unwanted. Even the director himself is very UNPROFESSIONAL. The facility itself looks very dingy, and unsanitary. The patients are only allowed to shower THREE times a WEEK. I don't like to talk down on a company But our experience here was very unfair & unprofessional And I wouldn't want any other family going through any type of neglect as we went through today. I'm sure everyone would want their mom/aunt/sister at peace And not in a facility where they're treated like prisoners or treated badly in any form of way. Emotionally, physically, And mentally. We are even afraid to leave our Aunt/Mother/Sister here alone Because we fear the staff will neglect her. My aunt doesn't have a voice or the strength to defend herself. I pray this facility gets better or gets closed down.

    It is not a fancy place. Mom was at two fancy places that left her with bed sores, dirty and not fed properly. Mom was at Terraces for two years. We stopped by unannounced different days of the week and different times. She was always dressed, clean and taken care of medically. The staff goes above and beyond to help the family as well. It is well organized, staff is happy, worked there for a long time, and loving to patients. Mom would tell the caregivers how much she loved them. We could not have asked for better care.
