    Difficult to check on a patient in evenings. Our father has been in this facility for several weeks. He'd dropped his cell phone and it was then very difficult to get a call thru via their desk to even check on him.

    This place is a nightmare. Patients are yelled at by the staff. Patients who are unable to care for themselves are left in the same position all day when they should be turned to prevent bedsores. I was not given my correct medications. I was there for IV antibiotics and they actually skipped a day even though they had the medication. I have diabetes and it was not monitored very well and I wasn't given the medications I needed to control it. The food was disgusting. I had someone bring me my meals from home because the food was so bad. The staff appeared angry when I questioned them. I was suppose to be wearing compression stockings for blood clots and the only time they got put on me was when physical therapy came in, which was only 3 times. My bedside commode was left for a whole day without it being emptied. When ringing the call button sometimes it took 30-40 minutes before it was answered. I can not believe anyone would send patients there. No wonder they have beds available since it is an awful place to be a patient at.

    This place is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! The state has been called here many times but is still open!!!! They take the patients money and give them crappy service! My father has a rotting sore on his rear end and they only have it cleaned when a male nurse is available because all the women who work there are RUDE AND DON'T CARE ABOUT THE PATIENTS he requested the only male nurse they have who has compassion for the elderly!! This place isn't free for patients but manage to run out of diapers and different supplies from time to time! The food is terrible! It goes from can to plate!!!! Its a depressing smelly place! Its unfortunate it's taking another nursing home so long to have more room I see why this place has plenty of room. Because they kill the patients with this bad treatment!
