    This facility is very cleaned and well kept. The staff is very friendly and attentive to the residents needs. The facility has an awesome therapy department. All staff are qualified and work in an professional manner. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need.

    I gave Pooja the physical therapist 5 stars! She was extremely helpful and gave useful information for the most efficient way for my mom to recover. She didn't sugar coat but was very positive and giving facts. I greatly appreciate her!!!

    I've been at this facility since January 18, 2019 for rehabilitation after surgery. Since arrival, I have been treating with the most professional, caring, and respectful manners from the entire staff here. The nursing, CNA's, activities, laundry, and the kitchen do a great job and their best to accommodate any needs or request. My most amazing experience here has been the therapy department including Physical, Occupational, and Speech. I am very grateful for the rehab and treatment I am receiving and if I had to pick a facility in the future it would definitely be Macclenny Nursing and Rehab.
