    Rehab from hell!! Cruel heartless nurses, disgusting food, no Dr visit for 5 days. Get your loved one out of there.

    I am very unhappy with this location. My husband was admitted with a pain medication Rx that was to be available up to every 4 hours. 8.5 hours after he arrived it was found his meds were not here. They hadn't even asked him if he needed them. His regular evening meds were not administered. (The nurse verified they had the order.) He uses a CPAP and they did not have it for him. I will not be leaving him alone here. There is insufficient care. The bad part is I have been told this is one of the good ones. I would hate to see a bad one.

    I work for a funeral home and just wanted to say that NOEL is amazing. She's an LPN at your facility and out of all the places I've visited in Orlando, she is the most professional and caring nurse I've ever came across when dealing with grieving families.

    The worst place anybody could put their loved ones at!! My Mother was here for Rehab to get her strength back and I had to remove her from this disgusting faculty and bring her back home with me because she was not being taking care of and the nurses there are very rude and the staff are idiots and do not do their job! Please do not put your loved ones here the government really needs to shut this nasty faculty down permanently!!!

    My husband was in the skilled nursing facility at Savanah Cove the nurses and therapist were Excellent. The physical therapy was Awesome Kevin and Ashley were Great!!! We were very pleased!!!!
