    EXCELLENT. best elderly re-hab & convalescent facility. My 106 yrs old Mom America Estevez (no Alzheimer's ) is a resident at this place for the past 1 1/2 years. Absolutely NO COMPLAINTS, in fact; highly RECOMMEND IT Full time Doctors, Nurses & Assts. supervising and immediate attention to any health changes at their residents. Super good maintaining busy patients with recreational events. I can call ANY time and phone is immediately directed to the Nurses's station. I can get in at ANY time without advice and everything super clean. Lots of TLC for the elderly patients. Very proud of Administrator, Jon Steinmayer. This time, for his very well planned for preparedness before hurricane Irma Margarita De Castro

    TERRIBLE SERVICE. HORRIBLE STAFF. THEY DO NOT EVEN DESERVE A ONE STAR RATING. THEY DO NOT CARE FOR PATIENTS AT ALL. THE FOOD THEY SERVE IS DISGUSTING. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR AN ELDERLY FAMILY MEMBER.

    Good service and staffs are very attend. But there's a problem with the phone so many times I call and come our different location, which is Hialeah supermarket and is the same number. I don't know what is wrong, the lines are crossed. They should address this problem and fixit. Is very inconvenient for the patient's family. Thank you.
