    Wonderful place, great staff and very attentive of residents needs. Clean and pristine, feels like home. Staff makes you feel like the resident is their own family member, and are so passionate and resilient. Nurses are kind and efficient. Ongoing activities all throughout the day for everyone, and make residents feel right at home. Would highly recommend to family and friends, one of the oldest nursing homes in Miami, and definitely a gem and central to everything. A diamond in the rough, that's for sure!

    Can only comment on my experience, took my dad there for rehab after a Hospital stay(hospital recommended this place), a week later he calls me in fear someone from the staff was screaming at him, it took them 5 minutes to get someone from the other side of the building who could speak english on the phone they claimed they would look into it and call me back, they never did, spoke to dad next day he seemed okay. week later on a saturday just afternoon i get a call and they say he unresponsive and to get there immediately. i arrived 20 minutes later as Rescue is taking my father not to the hospital he came from but a different one. we're making funeral arrangements. jails have better furnishings than this place nowhere is a place for visitors to sit and they want a 5k per month copay.

    So far not pleased with the staff. They sit around complaining about patients. Also security is non existent. I walked right in and no one even questioned me. I pray my grandmother makes it out of this place.

    Unprofessional staff. Took my mom for rehap and was transported unconscious to the hospital yesterday. I do not trust this place. Careful with this place. I donot recommend it at all.
