    My Dad is been There Almost 2 Years everyone There is Loving and Kind To Him , My Family is Very Happy To see How Good He Have Been Taking Care , And I Also Will Like To Mention A nurse aid Name Macys She is An Angel on earth ,A very Special Lady With a Big Heart For All The Patients In The Facility . God Bless Her Heart For Been so Caring And loving . Thanks For Taking Care of My Dad.

    Terrible, first there's no coordination in this facility. I had so much paper work to do and wait long hours with the pain. I had to get my pain medicine from 6pm, till 7am was when I received it. Staff don't smile or greet you properly just say "what you need mami". You still talk to the highest supervisor and remains the same. When I have family there, staff are in and out. I would like them to place themselves in the patients shoes, so they could know that being in a bed not able to walk and asking to use a bed pan and wait 30mins. to an hour feels. Is horrible, and there's insects "huge" roaches, what did the nurse say. She said "I don't know what you want me to do. And most part of it they all speak a different language infront of me when waiting for a freaking change of gown and a bed pan. I feel like Im bothering for assistance when needed. Im still here, but want everyone to know there's nursing regulations broken........I can't wait to get home! Don't come here. On 01-20-2017

    My mother was a patient at this facility. It's not all that modern but the care my mother received was very good and the facility is clean. The staffing ,personnel and aides were very attentive. My mother was always clean. Her room was clean. My Mother was in this facility for an extended period of time. She recently passed and gone to heaven. Thank you Sinai Plaza for your care of our mother Mattie.

    A patient at this facility fell on the floor and couldn't get back up and no one helped her. She was crying and even had to call a friend to come over to help her up. Her friend ended up having to call the place to have help sent over to her room. Terrible that no one wants to help a human being on a weekend in the middle of the day.
