I would give this place zero stars. This facility is a place of elderly abuse. They do not fees the patients for days. I put my mother there, who has stage 4 cancer and after seing the conditions of that dump, I took her out after a day. They did not provide her the pain medication she needed, claiming that "she was not on the medication list" even though my mother was screaming with pain. This place should definitely be investigated and closed.

This place is an absolute scam. They aren't feeding the patients, but once a day. I have been here a few times to see it myself. The place is dirty and the patients are not being taken care of and they are complaining to me that they are hungry. Something needs to be done right away and staff members need to be replaced.. I hope that someone that cares reads this and can help them

Impossible to call our loved one on the phone. It can take days of trying to get through. This time we finally got through to a rude male nurse after 2 days of trying to say Happy Birthday to a patient. He was not helpful either. We must say that nurse Johnson is the best. If you could just hire more people like her we would all be pleased.

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
No actual harm with potential for minimal harm A B C
