    Not the place you want to send your loved ones. The nursing staff only care about being paid. They ignore call lights, drag bags of garbage down the halls and are usually hiding so they can play on their phones. The nurses look down on anyone who isn't the one that signs their paychecks. Again, do not place your loved ones in Madison Pointe, there are better, nicer places they could go.

    The place cold be so much better if they had better management they r always under staffed and only care about them self's they have some good worker's but most of them r lazy and disrespectful you name it I seen it all here from giving the patients there food 40 mins after they bring it out so it's way under the legal temp to serve them, to people laying on there beds with no sheets just the plastic mattres because they r to busy with other patients to put the new ones on because of the bad management one nurse to ten patients i give this place only one star because of some of the nice people who care about the patients I would clean house with the bad staff and management and make this place a 5 star it can be done

    This is the very best facility to care for your loved one. I live 1500 miles away but spoke to my mother 3-5 times every day while she was living there (she passed after 1 1/2 years there). She loved the staff and the way she was treated. The facility is clean and well run. The staff showed so much compassion and love for her that she was happy being there. She was well cared for, well fed, treated with dignity and love. When she passed away, they all came to me with tears because they truly loved her as if she were their own family. I could not have asked for more. They gave her the love that she needed each day and never made her feel like she was a bother. This is a place with real heart. Yes, they are making money at this but they are making family too. I love each and every one of the staff for all they gave to her and will never be able to thank them for all they gave; their hearts and love. Don't hesitate to help your loved one by using this facility. I'm so glad I did!
