    This place is a dump! The nursing staff is great and very polite. (Why I gave 2 stars because of the nurses.) However, the administrative staff and people running this place are rude and lack some serious professionalism. The don't use medical database for patients to know their history. My mother was bipolar and this issue went unattended even after I stated she has been for years. The doctor tested her and said she wasn't after years being bipolar. To make matters worse I left numerous messages for administration Mark Sutherland & Jose Suarez to contact me and no one ever got back to me. To get updates on my mother was like pulling teeth. After the passing of my mother I called several times to inquire about her belongs. I never received any calls back. Aside from this place having horrible administrative service the place looks like a dump. Dirty and just nasty. This is what Medicaid and Medicare would pay for my mother. This place needs to be fixed and remodeled.
