Mother was there for 6 weeks last year, not had. Covered by insurance, close to her home. I'm sure there are better but for a short stay it will do.

I requested a nurse to come to my mother in laws room at 6:06 PM at 6:40, the nurse was requested a 2nd time. At 7:30 there was still no nurse. Three times and still no nurse.

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR LOVED ONES WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Yes they are the better looking of the options in the area but what they are doing to my elderly mother is unspeakable! Taking advantage of elderly people with multiple invoices sent of same bill to confuse them. They verified months ago that thousands of dollars are due back from over-payment. I thought maybe my mother was wrong till their own staff verified the error to my face but never sent her anything in writing of the mistake to make it impossible to go after them legally! There is no lower form of scum to torture an old stressed out lady with the Check is in the Mail routine to blow her off every week! Help me Howard and everything else in my means will be notified of this till it's resolved! Criminals.

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
No actual harm with potential for minimal harm A B C
