    If I could give -5 stars I would! This place is the absolute worst! The staff is sorry and lazy and the administration does not care. Please DO NOT send your loved ones to the facility if you're looking for quality nursing care. Urine and feces reeks from the moment you step onto one of the nursing units. It smells that way because they leave their patients lying around in urine and poop for hours waiting to be cleaned. I am a nurse... and the nurses at this facility are the sorriest I have ever encountered! They can be in the room with a patient that needs cleaning and will tell the patient to 'wait for the CNA to come.' YOU'RE IN THE ROOM RIGHT NOW!! No nursing school in America teaches that mess. The physical and occupational therapy team is robbing the government and insurance companies of their money too. They will tell you that they have someone scheduled for 2-3hrs of therapy per day for 5 days a week, but will show up in a patient's room for 15-20 minutes (MAYBE) 3 times a week. And when the patient or his/her family members ask questions or state their concerns about the level of care being provided, the administrative staff acts as if you are the issue. I wish the state would do REAL surprises welfare checks. This place would be shut down one the first visit.

    I wish I could could them 0 stars! This place is just unacceptable as a skilled nursing facility. It smells of piss and feces there were flies and blood stains on walls and curtains. There are rooms, like where they tried to put my loved one, with 4 people sharing a 2 person room. The staff was rude. They had no social worker or dr on site on weekday at 8pm. Messes on the floor. Food being left out not refrigerated. Do not send or let your loved ones be sent here it is just sad that ppl are treated the way the are and forced to live under those conditions.

    Do not send anyone to this facility! It's NOT clean! Patients wait in filthy conditions to be changed. The smell of urine and feces is rampant throughout the hallway. CNA's shows no concern for patients nor does the charge nurse!

    It's a horrible they're always stranded around the hallways. They Never get to leave wheelchairs or beds for 6hrs or if someone tries to Guide them somewhere which never happens. Period SUS

    Great place staff very friendly there are lpns and RNS on staff and the CNAS are the best in giving every day living care to the residence had a wonderful experience with my auntie being there
