    I had the best care ever! I have been in and out of the hospital and two other rebab facilities for the past 2 years and out of all the experence's I encountered including the hospital, the Isle Health & Rehab was the best ever. I was treated with respect and couldn't have had any better care. All of the staff were kind and conserate to my needs. The food was outstanding!! I never had to wait for more tban 5 minutes tops when I needed help. Dr. was excellent as well. I would recommend this facility to anyone a million timed over!

    Worse place I have been to in my entire life !!! The care, food and staff ( with very few exceptions) is HORRIBLE!!! I was here for 18 days before being transported back to the hospital BECAUSE I WAS IN EXTREME PAIN!! They dropped me and turned me on my side even after I. Begged them to hold on a second bc I was having a painful back spasm. It was about 9-10 am when my pain started. They gave me neproxin, after an hr and a half the pain just got worse!! My mom said we should call an ambulance to transport me to the hospital but the staff refused to let her call. Said she had a doctor ( tht I had never but once seen) on the line and that he said to give me more medicine and wait for it to work. Nothing worked I was crying out in pain and they would not let me leave!! Finally it wasn't until around 8pm tht they called an ambulance and had me transported... AFTER MY MOM THREATEN TO CALL THE POLICE!!! I couldn't walk and the time tht I was there they would ignore me at times just so they wouldn't have to deal with trying to move me.

    This place is a disgrace. I've never seen such a lazy, selfish, unmotivated management team in my life. How disrespectful and rude the HR and Tammy are is disgusting. Do not put your family in this hell hole!

    Cathy in social services is no help with finding placement. I was told by her that my mother makes too much money and I should take her home, unable to care for herself.

    Please don't ever put any of your Family in this place worse nursing care of any facility I have ever been in they dropped and broke my mother-in-law's femur don't let the cleanliness fool you check their Jayco reviews
