I just want to give a shout out to The Isle for a great family experience yesterday at the Fall Festival! We had such a great time thanks to the staff, the residents and the band! I dont have family in residency there so attended as community support..Watching the staff in action with the residents really touched my heart-they put a lot of smiles on a lot of faces! What a wonderful place!! Thank y'all for opening your arms to us and for a very pleasant evening!!

I couldn't be happier with the excellent care my mother receives at the Isle. The vast majority of all staff, in all areas are absolutely wonderful! Thank you all for all you do...it's a wonderful feeling to know my mother is in such good hands.

Fantastic building, 5 stars, clean, multiple doctors rounding and strong established therapy department.

Therapy is wonderful and the only reason for the one star. Admin is a joke. Very few good nurses there, the rest of them could care less about the patients and don't give scheduled medication due to sheer laziness! What's even worse than that is that Mgmt is aware of this and did nothing when they found out that my mom had not gotten her blood pressure medication as prescribed for 21 out of the 30 days that she had been there! Don't send your loved ones there!

I had a family member to spend almost 3 months in isle health, I was very impressed with the staff, therapy and food services.. we understood that we were in a rehab facility and not "Trump Tower".. No place is perfect, but they tried their very best to make my family member as comfortable as possible.. I have visited other facilities in the area, and trust me Isle Health is the best.

Fines, Complaints, and Inspection Problems in the Past 3 Years

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
No actual harm with potential for minimal harm A B C
Isle Health & Rehabilitation Center has not received any fines, complaints, or inspection problems in the last 3 years.

Staffing Levels Per Resident per Day

Medicare determines the expected staffing time per resident per day depending on level of care the residents of Isle Health & Rehabilitation Center require. It is important to compare the reported time to expected time for a single facility instead of comparing the amount of time per resident of two facilities. Learn why.
