    As a patient, I feel i am receiving excellent care. I was able to taylor. My meals to meet my special dietaryeeds. The staff, CNAs & nurses are helpful & kind and respond to requests as time allows,. Therapy is what I really need & have no shortage of well educated & trained therapists.I have both ot & pt and feel they compliment each other. This is my second stay here & I am more than content.

    If I could get this place demolished and ever can put in jail I would. Grandfather is in the facility for broken r8bs....its a shared room with another patient. Poor old guy relieved himself in the room begging for help. Not one time did anyone come to help him....horrid horrid horrid...lazy ass cnas. Poor poor care and will be reporting.

    Lifecare Center at Wells Crossing considers substandard nursing care as totally adequate. My elderly parent was there for rehab after hip arthroplasty (fall and fractured femur head repair). The physical and occupational therapists appeared to provide high quality care, I can't say the same for the nursing department. My parent was never turned side to side while in bed and ended up with a stage 3 decubitus. The nurse mgr response? Oh these things happen. They will call in a wound specialist and bill the patient for the services, which are needed because they neglected the patient. There seems to be a lot of sitting for nursing staff when they are really 'busy'. Management and administration are simply indifferent to any issues that arise. Oh, they will tell you that it will be taken care of, but nothing changes. I never encountered any rudeness or active abuse, just a lot of indifference and neglect. The facility is pleasant enough and clean, but the professional nursing process is not practiced at this facility. For post operative and arthritis pain, they routinely medicate with a headache pill, which essentially is one regular strength tylenol. The nursing staff tells untruths and the consumer won't find out until after discharge. For example, discharge paperwork states decubitus dressing change is once a day, yet while my parent was there, it was only done 2-3 times a week and that includes the dressing change done with the wound care specialist. They will bill you for daily dressing changes, but they won't actually do it. Stay away from this facility if nursing care is needed as part of a rehab stay.

    Wouldn't recommend this place, it USED TO BE a good facility, I too use to work at this place, wouldn't have my worst enemy in this facility
