My uncle was there for 2 months, at first I was worried because he was going to a nursing home but once I got there and met the staff I was so relieved. They are AWESOME!!! Its the cleanest place and the nurses are so attentive. Send all your loved ones here!

Worst place ever! The maintenance Ed is an racist idiot & seems to be under the influence of drugs. Sends most of his work day lost on his ass somewhere. Housekeepers need to be educated on how to clean properly. Patient had MRSA & was allowed to move about the facility spreading around something so contagious & hard to treat. Never send your loves ones here.

This is the worst nursing home I have ever been to. The employees do not care about their patients, they are arrogant, and rude, they would rather leave there patients to die before they help them. Please send your loved one else where. This place needs to get rid of all the employees and hire people that have a passion for their profession. Don't let the looks of the place fool you because they are very nicely equipped, however there are wolves in sheeps clothing. Don't make the same mistake I did send your family member anywhere else but here!

Be careful with the staff at the business office!!! There is a lady there by the name of April...One of the most heartless people I have ever encountered in my life. If you ever have to deal with her, be prepared for many disappointments.

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
No actual harm with potential for minimal harm A B C
