I am not sure why people are rating this nursing home with low stars. This place is the best nursing/rehab home I have been or ever visited. The place is super clean, the medical team is very professional and the overall staff is caring and truly devote to the patients. I would always leave her with a sense of peace that she was in great hands and definitely she was. My mom was there from late July until October 2017 when she passed away. The Life Care was a family to my family and I can't be more grateful. They really did an exemplar job and the facility is excellent. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Everything about this place is good except for 1 thing. The nurses are really good and actually care. The therapy is exceptional. Even the CNAs actually seem like they want to work there. The only problem is April in the business office. She calls you at home at 9pm at night and demands money. If that place would get rid of her, I would give it 5 stars.

My uncle was there for 2 months, at first I was worried because he was going to a nursing home but once I got there and met the staff I was so relieved. They are AWESOME!!! Its the cleanest place and the nurses are so attentive. Send all your loved ones here!

Last month I was skeptical to bringing my mom inlaw to any nursing home since this the first time the family will go through this. Asian girl name Rachael in admission made it really easy to my wife and me to believe there can be a positive place. She show us the inside for tour. Rachael gave full detail of how long this place been around and she been ther for long. Very kind hearted young girl. Every staff we see greet me and my wife and welcome us. I know we choose the right place for mom. There was no smell in the place. Very clean and keeping the resident busy in a group room. Everyone seem to be happy working there. My wife millie and me are glad to let them care for mom. I recomend Life Care Orlando to anyone needing therapy because there therapy are good with the patient. James is a good therapist. Food needs a little improvement but what more important is care and therapy. Thank you Life Care for the help.

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
No actual harm with potential for minimal harm A B C
