    Just sat for almost 2 hours with out even being acknowledged. Horrible. Sat there and watched 3 women just ignore me behind the glass. How awful these people are. They should be ashamed of their awful behavior.

    The staff was very efficient. We were in the waiting area about 5-10 minutes. Once brought back we waited about 3 minutes before a nurse was there to take down all issues & vitals. The dr was in shortly after that & made my 7yr old very comfortable talking to her about his daughter. Less than 5 min after he left the lady who does insurance was back to get my information & was sweet & fast. We were there for a total of about a Hr! Hopefully we won't be back anytime soon, but for our little hospital they did a amazing job ?

    WHEN YOU'RE ON BEACHSIDE THEIR ER IS WITH MUCH CARE FOR YOU. THEY SAVED MY LEG AFTER BEING BIT BY BROWN RECLUSE SPIDER THAT TURNED TO MERCER. I OFFER UP MY THANKS TO FLORIDA HOSPITAL FOR HAVING DOCTOR MAXWELL ON STAFF FOR BOTH MY VISITS. Stop whining and get there. They will treat you well go with a positive attitude! Recommend by Robert Sawart ND

    Doctors are unproffesional and rude. If your problem isnt deemed enough of an emergency to them you imediately get treated like scum. Don't even bother coming if you dont have insurance because the second they find out they do everything they can to make you feel worthless. This is the worst hospital to go to in the tri state area.
