    My mother is there and every time I call the staff have been very informative and they are taking good care of her. They keep me posted on how she is doing cause I live far away from the home.

    Worse care ever! First impression of inside of building was yuck and very outdated. There was no good care whatsoever for my elderly father. He had missed meals, soaken wet diapers for several hours at a time, terrible red raw rashes in his private areas, not bathed properly or never bathed at all, bed bugs or bed sores, left unattended in his wheelchair, fell out of his wheelchair, taken by ambulance to hospital, after falling on floor and left unattended on floor. Admitted in hospital and later passed away. So uncalled for and such terrible negligence! Please love your loved ones enough NOT to let them be admitted at gracewood nursing facility for any stay or rehabilitation of any kind. Patients deserve so much better than all this negligence. Wouldn't even give us his medical records in which we asked for. All so uncalled for!

    Stay away! Staff is extremely rude. I spoke to Director Ashley and she was by far THE RUDEST PERSON I have ever talk to in my life. This place is a waste of time! People believe me, stay away!

    I have worked here for over 7 years, and I love this place! The residents are like family and so are my coworkers. We have many staff members who have worked here over 10 years and there is really a loving environment here. I can honestly say the administration team here has the best interest of the residents at heart and we will do almost anything to please. We welcome you and your loved ones!

    Would not recommend to anyone. Staff is either trashy or GHETTO. They are more concerned with hiding on their phones and the other half is outside smoking cigarettes. Patient care reflects this. Hands down worst place I ever worked. I had to leave just for my own intergrity.
