    My father was in this facility and he was told to pee and poop in his pants while sitting in his wheelchair because they didn't have the staff to take him to the bathroom. He was in such bad condition when we transferred him to the Hospital the nurses were appalled and said they would have reported us for abuse if we were responsible for his care prior to bringing him in. I was given a phone number to call to report them for abuse by the charge nurse.

    It has taken me a week to post a review. My husband was at Community Care Center for 2 weeks during that time his clothes were stolen or went missing his watch was broken and thrown on the sink. The place was dirty. The staff did their best but the place was under staffed. You can see especially on the weekends. I wish I did not have my husband there. He is now in the hospital again

    They don't deserve a star my mother had a stroke and had been there a year she is no better can't sit up or walk barely can talk worse place ever they take your money and wait for you to die horrible place

    Horrible facility, terribly under-funded & chronically under-staffed. My mother contracted MRSA & VRE there, and her teeth (which were fully intact when she was admitted as a resident) started rotting and falling out of her mouth due to lack of basic oral hygiene being provided. And that's just a couple of examples of the atrocious level of care she received there. I'm an RN, and I'm sickened over what I've seen there, it's dirty and always smells- I wouldn't send my worst enemy in to that facility!
