    This is a wonderful facility! I have had the pleasure of communicating with administration and staff for a year and a half now. I have witnessed, that staff is very attentive to their residents, answering call lights and patient request in a timely manner. The CNA's are compassionate and understanding with their residents. I have overheard laughter on several occasions, coming from the interaction between the staff and residents. They truly seem as though they are happy/content. As you walk through the facility you can always expect friendly smiling faces and a warm hello! I am very thankful this facility is available to the community.

    Have been happy with all of the staff,nurses, OT/PT and housekeeping. All have put forth a great effort to work with family and our sister.The facility is always kept very clean, staff /nurses are attentive and should you have questions they will answer or direct you to the appropriate person. They have worked hard to get our sister to the place she needs to be to go back to her group home Very appreciative of all.

    Horrible!! We took my mother out of there before she was ready because the care stunk. Some of the nurses/cna's/physical therapists were nice but some were out right mean. They must be short staffed because you would push the call button and it would take for ever for someone to come to you. I mean you could be on a bed pan for 30 minutes or more. You hear people yelling help when no one comes to them. Wallpaper peeling and chips in the walls. Shower days were skipped. I would never ever go back to this place!

    I was a resident here for short term rehab. Nursing care was top of the line. Therapy department was wonderful, helped me to regain my strength. The food was great. The care was excellent. All the staff members are wonderful and treated me like family. Activity department is wonderful and provides great activities. Housekeeping keeps the facility odor free, neat, and clean. The doctor I had Dr. Piszcek was amazing. If i need rehab again, this is the place i will go. I will recommend Alhambra to all my family and friends.

    My grandmother is there and she loves it. The staff is wonderful, caring, and willing to help. The administration is wonderful and always willing to answer any questions my family may have. I truly appreciate all the hard work the staff puts into caring for all the resident. The building is really nice and the 2 courtyards are a really nice addition. I would highly recommend Alhambra to any person looking for a rehab or long term care facility.
