    It is nasty Cna,s are lazy my mom was for therapy and didn't get only told to push her fat ass and was said by cna which was her aid that day I heard it was on phone with my mom that place isn't even for animals nasty place to be

    Spent 3 weeks in rehab. Non-smokers are NOT welcome anywhere on property. Food fit for dogs and pigs. Nutrition purposefully lacking to save money. Physical Rehap awesome. A few excellent administrators. Some CNA excellent. One was on drugs. Some plain dumb. Needs to be shut down. Mission statement full of lies.

    So beautiful on the gulf coast. Auntie is feeling better, she had a bad day today with BP and CH F. O2 running at 2 L. Using bed pan NWB on art. Leg. I offered her a prayer She will be better tomorrow. Staff is wonderful , met her CNA's Talked with Nsg staff too. Seem pleased I have arrived in Seminole.

    It's hard to describe the months that my grandmother was here before she died - she had a very serious wound on her bottom that was not properly cared for...in fact, when my family member came to visit her and entered her room, she saw a CNA had just finished turning her, but could smell her soiled brief from a distance. She told the CNA that she would step back out of the room so that she could change her, but the CNA responded that she was not actually there to change her, but only to turn her. My family member thought she misunderstood what was just said, and told the CNA that she could smell the feces from where she was standing and that she needed to have it changed. The CNA again said that she was not there to change her. This is just one of many terrible instances that we experienced. I came to visit one time on a Sunday after she had been there for two weeks, and there was no one at the receptionist desk. I asked someone in the hallway where her room was, and they said they hadn't heard of her. I then walked the hallways until I still could not find her, and by the time I got back, there was finally a receptionist. I asked where her room was, and after looking through her log of patients, she still could not find her. I was thinking I had the wrong place by now. I was told by the receptionist that I could continue to walk the hallways to try and find her. I work in the senior living industry and can tell you that this is not quality healthcare...it's not even healthcare. It's abuse.
