    We have been here approximately 2 weeks and the staff all has been so very dedicated!!! The nurses (3 especially) are all wonderful and the Administratior Mr. Don is always on top of things as well. He takes the time to explain and be there for us all. He is wonderful. And we have seen great improvement in our loved one in the short amount of time we have been here!! I just want to say "THANK YOU" from the bottom of my heart and that I appreciate your time and effort taking care of our family member!

    I went to take a tour of the facilities today to decide where I was going to do my rehab next month after I have a total knee replacement. I viewed several rehab facilities online and this was one I choose to visit in person. Very glad I went in person. The facility is nothing like the photos. It is old, dingy and dirty. One of the employees had to come let me in and she was very nice and showed me to the nurses station/front desk. I was introduced to a large male who I guess was the one in charge. His attire should have warned me not to go any further. He was dressed in clothes he probably wore to work in the back yard. On top of that he asked me to have a seat and he would be right with me. The seat was approximately 3 feet away from the desk where he then started to berate the nice lady that had let me in , about how she was not handling her area in the correct procedure he felt she should. This was done in front of myself and 3 of the residents. If this is the manager heaven help this center. I went on the short tour and noticed that the rooms of the residents were dark and dirty and overly worn out. The rooms are so small but they have 2 residents in each room and you can not even turn around in them. The mattresses were so worn out you could see the indentation from where the people lay in them and there was no one in them. This was about 12-1 pm so there was plenty of time to have this building ship shape. I would not even let my pet stay in that place. If anyone is thinking of going there I suggest you do a surprise walk through visit first.
