    I've seen job listings saying that their place was a great place to work and I wondered what that meant. Now I know. This is truly a great place to work. Why? It starts with a great leader. The administrator here is down to earth, easy to talk to and leads by example. Rarely do you see someone at that level pitching in to help where needed. There is a trickle down effect from that and I have seen managers actually help me without hesitation. The management and staff alike have a love for the work they do and the residents they care for. To many of these residents we are their only family and I have seen staff go out of their way to get or do something special for residents just because they care. When you enjoy the staff and residents where you work, it feels more like family and it makes work an enjoyable place to be.

    Started working at Sarasota Point in July 2018. Such an amazing Administrator as well as the management team he has put in place. Each and every manager brings so much knowledge in their field to the table. This team truly works together to provide the best care possible for our residents.
