    I toured Bay Point yesterday and I was impressed. It was very clean and it smelt very nice. The Physical therapy gym was very spacious and the resident seemed happy. The staff were very nice and had great customer service.

    My mother stayed here for 3 weeks and got good care from a kind staff that answered all my questions. They were able to let me know about her condition and meds and that communication is key. They were patient and supportive with mom and made sure she was safe and comfortable. Only negative is the the rooms and equipment were a bit dirty and old. Could have used some cleaning and updates, but rather have that money going to the patients and staff. Was pleased with Bay Pointe and would recommend this place.

    If I could leave a 0 star I would. This place is the worse place I have seen. My boyfriend was in there and the people were rude and unprofessional. It would take up to 2 hours sometimes for someone to respond to the call light. His bandage was to be changed daily and more often if needed after therapy, because of bleeding. It went 3 days without being changed and he is now in the hospital with the infection he had gotten rid of back. This is neglect. You could smell the infection when you went into the room Also the food was terrible. The last day he was there I tired his lunch and it was spoiled.

    My dad was recently received there with no proper bed. And no body check. He went without doctors care for over 48 hours and died as a direct result of improper care and transported to BAY Front hospital. Where a bed sore was the size of a grapefruit and green. It ate his enrire body up. DO NOT SEND A LOVED ONETHERE!!!!!! Shame on them..
