    There is a guy here with long braids and when he comes into a room you can't hear yourself think he is so obnoxiously loud! Kandi is the rudest of all! They all take 30"to 45" to get to you're room after you push the call button. I saw one tech that wears a fro saying she took all of 4 months of professional training after she rinsed out a bedside commode in the sink you wash your face and hands!!! The night shift is so loud you can barely read a book and they are so loud I have unfortunately been to so many hospitals its sad but they definitely beat out all others for being so inconsiderably loud , if thats what they are trying for, which is extremely sad considering they are supposed to be healthcare workers!!!

    My wife was at Egret Cove for 27 months. I visited her every day, and it seems like it was an everyday battle to get the bare essentials. There was only a handful of Staff members that really cared for the residents. The rest cared more about texting on their phones. However, with all that being said, I suppose it's better than being out on the streets.

    It broke my heart! My husband was there 2 hours and I had him sent back. I would not put my worst enemy at this place. Shame on everyone who works there!! Shame on anyone with a family member there! Demand quality and speak up for your family members!

    This place is horrible. I cannot express enough to anybody, do not let someone you love go here. The staff is very rude, (Sandra the social worker in particular) very very rude. I own and run a facility and I would never let my staff act like how they do here, people do not get bathed. The one person I knew here smelled so bad of urine. You ring the call bell and it takes 45 minutes for someone to come to see if you are alright. I will be reporting them to AHCA! And, suggest everyone else who has had a problem to do the same.
