    Salerno Bay is a hidden jewel. All staff take an interest in you and your care. The nursing/nursing aid teams promptly answer your call bell and ask how they could assist you. The CNAs treated me and my roommate as if we were their family members, in the way they bathed and dressed us, to delivering our meals. Meals were always fresh and warm. The nurses were compassionate and organized, always making sure we understood our medications. The activities director came by our room and delivered a calendar of upcoming events and encouraging us to take part. The social worker came in to introduce herself and offered to answer any questions in her area that we might have. The therapy departments that I worked with, physical and occupational, were determined that we would meet our goals and would go home much more able to handle our daily activities when we got there. They pushed us and encouraged us until we met our daily goals. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs rehab for themselves or a family member. I would gladly return if I needed rehab again, or even long term care.

    Thank you to the Salerno Bay family for all your love and support taking care of my mother in law. My words can never be enough to thank you for your actions. I can say that the best decision I made was to have my mother in law placed there for rehab. I can not sing your praises enough. Their staff is wonderful starting with the nurses, therapists, everyone one is so caring and compassionate. The place is immaculately clean. They even provide transport to visit the doctors office for follow up appointments. This rehabilitation center is the best health care facility I have ever had to go to. My mother in law is well taken care of and her every need is met.

    I was a patient for two months recovering from major knee reconstructive surgery. I received outstanding physical and occupational therapy as well as great nursing care. When I was admitted I could not walk and two months later I can walk outdoors confidently for significant distances without pain. I cannot say enough good things about Salerno Bay rehab.
