    Ignore the low rating, Palm Garden is staffed with some amazing people - I would call them out by name, but this review would be too long. My step mother took a fall and need some rehabilitation. By the end of the first day, she was in heaven because the nurses, doctors and aides were so kind and gentle with her; she was not an easy woman to please. Unfortunately, my step mom was terminally ill when we checked her in, and she did pass away here. The staff was, again, amazing: kind and compassionate. The morning my step mom passed, everyone came in to pay their respects and offer us their condolences. Thank you, everyone at Palm Garden for the work you do. Your jobs are far from easy, yet you do them with amazing patience and grace.

    I highly recommend this facility to friends and family. My grandmother has been staying at this facility since my grandfather passed away and we have been very pleased with her care. The staff are top notch, great environment, nice rooms, and just an all around lovely place to relax with your loved ones.

    A dear friend of ours was provided wonderful, compassionate care by the nurses and CNAs at Palm Garden of Sun City. He thoroughly enjoyed his stay there. He said that he felt like he was receiving rehab at a 5 Stsr resort. Thank you for all that you did for our friend.

    The care was fine but she had 3 falls while there. I am extremely disappointed in the discharge planning. We knew a week before the date of discharge, but nothing seemed to be preplanned for transportation. After numerous phone calls, Mom finally was picked up at 8 pm for transport home. Not acceptable.
