    CNA'a at heartland of Tamarac are very nasty rude with an attitude. This facilitie are always out of supplies for the bathroom such as paper towels and hand soap. Patients always have to wait for hours before you can get a CNA to change the patient. Administration always threatening if they don't receive copay they are going to release the patient. Floors are always dirty, drapes in the room are dirty and soiled they never get washed. They love asking for the patient food tray even when the patient have not finished eating. CNA need to have better people person skills they need better training.

    Is there a way I can 0 star review this facility? If you love your parents do NOT send them here. I worked here for 2 days and quit immediately. It's disgusting. The nurses gossip about the patients, they don't practice cleanliness and the stench in the rooms are unbearable!! I can go on about how they left a patient with blood all over his sheets which smelt like it's been there for weeks. It's honestly a nightmare at this particular location. I am literally traumatized and I will never forget my experience here.

    I wish there was a zero score that wht this place would get from me . this place is dirty bathrooms floors never been clean in 4 days I was there wth my mom . towels are cut in half to make wash clothes .took 2 hours to get a pain pill .I was there everyday wth my sister all day and I saw it all . the nurses take their time about everything changing my mom was done by my sister and me . we walked in to my mom soak in urine and never washed they got use to letting us do it since we were there everyday and all day .if u love ur parents this is worst place so far for us we never forget the experience .

    I''m not sure what the above reviewer was referring to when they said the place smells. One of the main reasons my sister and I selected Heartland is because there is no smell. I repeat, there is no odor.

    STAY AWAY!! Take your loved ones elsewhere!! I chose this place for my diabetic, newly amputeed, 66 yr old, alert & coherent father because it is close to my job & I'd be able to visit him daily..BIG MISTAKE!!! He has been at Heartland of Tamarc for less than 23 days and it has been like hell for him.He has never been sponged or cleaned. I have to do it when i visit him. His leg dressing is to be changed daily...and multiple days go by without his dressing being changed, although he reminds the nurses daily to do so.... now today they've realized his operation site is infected.
